Wednesday Night Hill Training – No Drop – Ride last around 1.5 hours, miles is less then 20. Primary focus on hills. This is run as a loop on the Mason Dells or Loving Hills,so rest and/or catching up can be done on the loop.
Hill climbing ride from Performance Bicycle, Southwest corner of Walnut Hill & 75 in Dallas.
Performance will provide water. They have restrooms so you can change clothes there too.
